Wyoming communities need well developed plans, expertise, and infrastructure to take advantage of economic and community development opportunities. However, many communities do not have the expertise and staff available to larger communities to capitalize on available assistance and resources. Wyoming Community Network, an affiliate of the Wyoming Rural Development Council, is a clearing house of resource information for communities.

The Wyoming Community Network has created an online community Development database, Assisted community organizations and local governments in funding searches, Partnered with the Wyoming Rural Development Council to bring their Rural Resource Team program to all interested Wyoming Communities, Matched community needs with the WCN Partners's Programs.
